This is a picture of Young Reagan and his fencing teacher Sir Lionel, He was assigned by The King to guard "Little Ruler" from all threats which made him also a servant. Reagan didn't want to look him as a servant, but he look him as a brother instead. (but sometimes he can be an asshole and treat him like an actual cat too. Yeah, like he would make him chasing a yarn ball and stuff).
So why "Cat" i see you're asking..., well that's a story for another time.
